How billing works

Each physical restaurant location is one billing unit at $149/month. Closed or paused locations are not billed.

Menu profiles are free
You can create unlimited menu profiles — brunch, dinner, seasonal, catering — and share them across locations. They are never billed separately.

Questions

When does beta end?
We haven't set a hard date. When we do, we'll notify all beta customers well in advance — at minimum 30 days — before any billing begins.
What counts as an "active location"?
Any physical restaurant location you've added to MenuPulse and are actively using. You can pause or remove locations at any time — you won't be billed for locations that aren't active.
Are menu profiles billed?
No. Menu profiles — like "Brunch Menu" or "Dinner Menu" — are organizational tools, not billing units. You can create as many as you need and share them across locations at no extra cost.
Is there a per-user or per-seat charge?
No. The $149/location rate covers your whole team for that location. Add as many users as you need.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. During beta, MenuPulse is completely free and requires no payment information.
Can I talk to someone about pricing for my group?
